A proposed station can require comparison with many existing assignments. Frequency proximity alone is not enough: location, antenna characteristics and radio-service criteria may all be relevant. Repeating these searches manually is slow and difficult to audit.

The software narrows the candidate set, applies the agreed engineering logic and explains why each station is flagged. Detailed coordination decisions remain with the responsible engineering team.
